By inviting or using Rally (“the Bot”) in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server.
Rally provides session coordination tools, interactive commands, and real‑time features within Discord. The Bot operates entirely within the Discord platform and relies on Discord’s systems to function.
Rally is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. The Bot may be updated automatically.
Rally does not store any persistent data. The Bot only processes ephemeral interaction data provided by Discord during command execution.
You agree that the developer of Rally is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including loss of data, moderation issues, or misuse by users.
You may remove the Bot from your server at any time. The developer may restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any reason, including abuse or violation of these Terms.
For questions or concerns, please join the official Rally support server.
